iPads look right on a host stand. They overheat, lose battery health and have no IP rating when they live in a kitchen or on charge all service. We will sell you one for the door. We will not hang one over the plancha.

Sunmi, iMin or Samsung?

iMin Swan 2 is the counter we specify most: GMS Android, ports that behave, easy to warranty locally. Sunmi D2s is the kitchen display we specify everywhere. Samsung is the budget floor tablet, not the pass.

What about card readers and QRIS?

Bring the reader you already have: Stripe Terminal, a local QRIS dongle, cash. We do not lock payments into a terminal we sell. The kit is screens, printers and a drawer.

Seven to fourteen days for a standard kit, longer if a 22" pass has to come from another warehouse. We pin Tablerooms before it ships so the first tap is the floor plan, not a setup wizard.

Warranty and returns?

Manufacturer warranty, typically 12 months, handled through us. Dead-on-arrival is replaced, not debated. After that we diagnose and swap. The software stays on the next screen.

Tablerooms runs in a browser, so you can bring the tablet you already own. When the restaurant needs something that lasts a service (grease, steam, 18 hours plugged in), we sell the commercial kit, configured, and it is yours.
